Shipping Rates: It is important to first contact an On Site Sanitation Representative to discuss which unit is appropriate for your requirements.

Speed / Availability of Standard Domestic Orders: Orders placed before 2PM CST on weekdays are processed that same day. Orders received on Weekends or Holidays are shipped the following work day. Most items are in-stock at our main warehouse or are available for immediate shipment. Occasionally an item may be backordered due to manufacturer's delays or other circumstances beyond our control.  A sales representative will contact you if a backorder situation occurs to determine if you would like to proceed with your order.

Expedited Next Day Air / Second Day Air Service Orders:  Orders requiring faster shipping methods such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air will be subject to a shipping upgrade charge. Upon placement of your order, we will get Next Day Air / Second Day Air freight quotes from UPS.  We will contact you and present you with the freight costs at which time you can decide whether or not to proceed with your order.  If you are requesting this type of service, please CALL US at 1-800-210-8407 to ensure that the expedited service is available for the item you are ordering.
